Services

I provide flexible support to humanitarian and development organisations. With over a decade of experience leading programmes, managing grants, and strengthening teams in sub-Saharan Africa, Lebanon, and Afghanistan, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on operational knowledge.

I am based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and can work effectively remotely. I am also available for short-term travel assignments of up to two weeks.

Testimonials

“Pete has been able to jump in at short notice in order to help us manage a sudden increase in workload for Medair in D.R. Congo. There was a higher number of proposals to develop and oversee at the same time and Pete brought some precious experience and big-picture thinking when stepping in to make up for the lack of availability of the country leadership team. He was highly flexible in responding to the needs and served the team well. We were able to meet all of our deadlines and obligations.” – Thomas Simon, Head of Country Programme – Medair D.R. Congo
